I’m Derek McMahon—a husband, father of one (soon to be 2), and coach on a mission to help men become the strongest version of themselves.
With over 8 years of coaching experience, a degree in Exercise Science, and a NASM certification, I’ve trained men of all backgrounds—but I have a passion for helping dads who feel stuck in the Dad-Bod cycle.
I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and responsibilities while your own health gets pushed to the back burner. That’s why I created the 8-Week Dad-Bod to Rad-Bod Transformation—a program built for busy fathers who want real results without sacrificing family time.
